Zachary Goff
Zach Goff serves as an Admissions Specialist and Veteran Liaison for NorCal Treatment Center, where he is often the first point of contact for individuals seeking recovery. He is dedicated to meeting clients where they are, using lived experience, compassion, and direct support to help individuals break through ambivalence and take the first steps toward lasting change. With extensive experience navigating veteran benefits and resources, Zach also works closely with veterans to help them understand and access the care and support systems available to them.
Zach is a U.S. Army veteran who served nine years as an Infantryman, including two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He brings over six years of experience in the behavioral health and recovery field, both academically and professionally. He is a Certified ARISE Interventionist and Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Learning with a focus in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Louisville, and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Troy University. Deeply mission-driven, Zach believes that recovery is sustained by giving it away and values the family-oriented culture at NorCal Treatment Center, where serving others is more than a job—it’s a purpose. He is especially passionate about supporting veterans and plans to one day open a private practice focused on treating the underlying trauma that drives addiction. Outside of work, Zach prioritizes time with his wife and four sons, grounding his life in family and service.
