Program Manager

My name is Kristen Lee, and I serve as a Program Manager. In my role, I support both the structure of the program and the people within it. Day to day, this means guiding staff, supporting clients in their recovery journeys, and helping ensure our program operates with consistency, compassion, and integrity. I strive to meet each person where they are, offering encouragement, support, and accountability as they work toward healing. I am currently a Substance Use Disorder Registered Counselor (SUDRC) in practicum, working toward becoming a certified counselor. My professional path has been shaped by both my education and hands-on experience working with individuals in recovery. Through this work, I’ve developed a deep understanding of addiction and the importance of addressing the underlying challenges that impact people’s lives.

What I love most about working at Buddy Ranch is the culture we’ve built together. It is rooted in compassion, empathy, respect, and unity. There is a strong sense of support and camaraderie among our team, which naturally extends to the care we provide our clients. We are committed to meeting people exactly where they are and walking alongside them as they heal—not only from addiction, but from the deeper struggles they carry. Professionally, I am passionate about every aspect of treatment and program dynamics. It is an honor to be part of a process that helps individuals rebuild their lives, reconnect with their families, and heal from trauma, grief, and adversity. Personally, I am driven by a desire to serve others with compassion and understanding. I feel a deep sense of gratitude to be part of each person’s recovery journey, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
